Demonstration notice. This is a demonstration site for OrgFuse. Mesa Grove Learning Association is fictional. Please do not submit real personal information on this site.
Effective date: October 19, 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information the Mesa Grove Learning Association demonstration website (the “site”) collects, how that information is used, and the choices available to you. It applies only to this website at www.rerealm.com.
Who we are
Mesa Grove Learning Association is a fictional, volunteer-led community organization created to demonstrate OrgFuse, a WordPress plugin for events and memberships. It is not a registered organization or legal entity, and it has no staff, members or office. The site is operated as a test environment for OrgFuse, and in this policy “we” and “us” refer to the people who run that test environment.
Information we collect
Information you provide
The site does not currently offer any forms, comments, event registration or membership sign-up, so you are not asked to provide personal information.
During testing, the site may add event registration and membership features. If those features are enabled, they would collect:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it.
- Any accessibility needs you voluntarily choose to share so that arrangements can be considered.
- Details of the registration or membership, such as the event, the admission type and the relevant dates.
- Payment status, such as paid or unpaid, recorded manually by a site administrator.
Payment card details are not collected or stored on this site.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the server that hosts this site may record basic technical information when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This information is used to keep the site running and secure.
How we use information
We use information only to:
- Operate and maintain the demonstration site.
- Test the event registration and membership features of OrgFuse.
- Consider accessibility arrangements in a test registration, when someone chooses to share them.
- Protect the site against misuse and keep it secure.
We do not use information for marketing, and the site does not send newsletters or promotional email.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies that WordPress sets by default:
- Login cookies. When an administrator or test user logs in, WordPress sets cookies that keep that person signed in. The login page also sets a short test cookie to check that your browser accepts cookies.
- Comment cookies. If comments were enabled and you chose to save your details, WordPress would set cookies to remember your name and email address. Comments are currently turned off on this site.
The site does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies, and it does not load third-party tracking scripts.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers needed to run the site, such as the hosting provider that stores the website and its database, or where disclosure is required by law.
Retention
Test registration and membership records are kept only as long as they are needed for testing, and they may be deleted at any time, including when the demonstration is reset. Database backups made while maintaining the site may contain copies for a limited time. Server logs are kept according to the hosting provider’s standard practices.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to site administration is limited to authorized administrators. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, which is one more reason not to submit real personal information on this demonstration site.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held about you on this site. WordPress includes tools that let a site administrator export or erase personal data in response to such requests. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
The site and its example events are intended for adults. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the demonstration changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
